This week, we present an encore interview with WAMC’s Alan Chartock In Conversation with William K. Black. Black is an Associate Professor of Economics and Law at the University of Missouri – Kansas City (UMKC). He is also a Distinguished Scholar in Residence for financial regulation at the University of Minnesota Law School, and a white-collar criminologist. Black is the author of “How Corporate Executives and Politicians Looted the S & L Industry.“
