With more film and TV productions taking advantage of New York state tax credits to shoot upstate, a new film commission has launched in Otsego County. The Cooperstown, Oneonta, Otsego County Film Partnership, or Film COOP, aims to build on similar efforts in the Capital Region — currently home to shooting for the Amazon series “Modern Love.” Film COOP’s Board President is Greg Klein, an actor and journalist with The Daily Star.
