Under intense political pressure, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is acknowledging some mistakes in the way his administration has distributed information related to COVID-19 nursing home deaths. The Democrat said during a coronavirus briefing Monday “there was a delay” in providing information on nursing home deaths, which a subsequent report by the state attorney general found were undercounted by the Department of Health by up to 50 percent.
