#2106: Cuomo Deflects Blame From AG Nursing Home Report & Initiating Border Talks Amid COVID | The Legislative Gazette

This week on The Gazette, Governor Andrew Cuomo continues to blame what he says is an “ongoing political attack” for the controversy over the number of nursing home deaths in New York during the COVID-19 pandemic, that led to a critical report by the state’s attorney general. Our political observer Dr. Alan Chartock shares his thoughts on the nursing home controversy. We’ll also hear from the North Country Chamber President Garry Douglas. Douglas discusses the importance of President Joe Biden’s executive order initiating border talks with Mexico and Canada amid the coronavirus pandemic.
