Tea Time | Kevin Borowsky

February 12, 2019

Tea Time | Kevin Borowsky

Last week we dived into the world of coffee, this week we are all about tea. The history of tea encompasses multiple cultures and spans thousands of years. Kevin Borowsky is the co-owner of The Whistling Kettle, which is a tea shop and restaurant with locations in Troy and Ballston Spa, New York. Borowsky and his wife caught the entrepreneurial bug and after extensive research the pair opened the company in 2004. Borowsky says their love for tea, and a conversation with his mother sparked the idea.
