Polar Plunge | Julie Deadrick

Antarctica is the coldest, driest and windiest continent in the world. In 2014, Julie Deadrick, a Molecular Microbiologist from Virginia, set her sights on a trip there. Deadrick says she wanted to go to Antarctica because she wanted a unique travel experience to a desolate, remote area that not many people have seen and she starts off telling us how she got there.
